FINDING THE RIGHT PROPERTY (부동산 매물 찾기)

센츄리 21 하와이언 스타일부동산의 에이미 김은 하와이 부동산 협회의 멤버로서 하와이 전체의 부동산 리스트를 실시간으로 다 볼 수 있는 MLS(Multiple Listing System)에 들어가 현재 마켓에 있는 모든 매물을 찾아드릴 수 있습니다. 바이어가 원하는주택요구 조건과, 예산, 구입 목적에 따라 리서치를 해드리고, 리서치한 매물을 보실 수 있게끔 사전 예약을 넣습니다. 보통비어있는 주택의 경우 하루 전, 혹은 테넌트나 사람이 살고 있는 경우, 이틀 전에 예약을 넣는 것이 바람직합니다.

Our Realtors are all members of Honolulu Board of realtors and have access to its Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This MLS system allows thousands of Realtors to view and list properties that are currently on the market.  Based on your criteria, budget, and purpose, your Realtor will search for properties that match your needs.  Your Realtor will also set up appointments and take you to view those properties.  A minimum of twenty four hour notice is required for occupied units.  Viewing needs to be schedule two days in advance.
